Pasta e Basta
Pasta e Basta (Italian for "just pasta") are producers, a street food stall and caterers and they love to bring restaurant quality food to the streets of London. Making pasta, gnocchi and ravioli in small quantities in their kitchen in East London using freshly cracked free-range eggs and organic English semolina. Thier pesto, sauces and ragùs are also made from scratch using best quality ingredients - always fresh, seasonal and as local as possible. And they never ever use any additives or preservatives. No magic. Just very good pasta.
