Asia Kostka, the face and mind behind Kensal Provisions, is the guru of all things salts, sauces and condiments.

Initially starting out as a way to share her foraging escapades and seasonal creations with friends and family, Kensal Provisions has made its way to our market, and we couldn’t be happier!

Not only are her sauces and oils a hit amongst all our wonderful customers, other traders have been using her produce as ingredients in their own goods!

Her philosophy is centred around mindful and conscious consumption, with an emphasis placed on our responsibility towards caring for the planet, and looking after one’s own health and vitality.

All ingredients used in Kensal Provisions’ produce are sourced sustainably and responsibly, using organic and traditional farming methods. The result? To-die-for sauces and oils that truly tickle all the senses
